I tend to be busier than I should be

Hello there!

Well.... I've been somewhat busy the past few weeks. My family and I moved a few days ago, and I had to help my dad move furniture about because my mom had fallen off stairs and tore some ligaments in her foot (she's okay now).

 I really, really, really like the house we are living in now....

Isn't it pretty?

So...A bit less than two months ago we decided we need to move.
After we had decided this, my mom was worrying where we'll find some beds for my sister and I (we were lending some from the house we were living in). A week later we had too many beds!

One of our friends told us we can take over their house. Literary. They are living in Canada and they don't think they'll be back full time in Malawi again, so they told us we can use what we want of theirs, and do with the rest what we think suitable... :O

I also got to re decorate my new room!

 This is Kitty (Galore). She's very lovable, but don't let her fluff fool you. She Will Bite! Don't say I didn't warn you....

Fudge the Puppy (a poem)

Hey there!

This is my contribution to NaPoWriMo (National Poetry Writing Month)......

A poem about  our puppy Fudge:

Twelve week old puppy

a bundle of joy

Bounds toward me

but then slips on a toy

I pick him up

and stroke his soft fur

But soon he jumps off

and turns back into a brown blur

When he is tired

of chasing me round

He goes behind the sofa

and becomes a sleeping mound

He cries very loudly

when we give him his bath

Though soon enough

he'll be making us laugh

His mother adores him

come see how they play

Until finally exhausted

on their backs they lay

The World's Most Expensive Hotel 'Room'

I know I said I'm going to write short stories from now on but I haven't had the time to write them yet so bear with me....

One of my high school majors is tourism, and today I was doing some research for a project when I found this place.......

Hotel President Wilson

It is the Hotel President Wilson, and it is home to the world's most expensive hotel suite. (at least that was what I've been told)

Take a guess at how much it costs to spend the night in the Royal Suite.

$5,000?
$10,000?
$20,000?.....

It costs something like $53,000 for one night only!!!(Though I have seen someplace say $65,000. but that seems far too unbelievable)  (mind blown)

 But just look at this room, its AMAZING.... (but still, the price is far too reduncules)

 

 

 

 

The room takes up the entire top floor, has its own private elevator, four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a library ...I can't even remember the rest. It can accommodate up to 40 people, or something like that.

A blogpost long overdue....

Hello there my lovelies!

OK.So ever since I started this blog I realized how unexciting my life is.
Sure, once in a while something new might happen but mostly everything stays normal. I am rather bored of writing about the same thing over and over, (also I don't think I'll interest many people much if every blog post look the same) so I decided I shall write about someone else's life. That would be fictional people.

I would really like to develop my writing skills and a writing blog would be the perfect place to do that.

I shall start by writing short stories and things like that. And I'd like for you guys to comment and give me some advise on things I should work on and stuff like that.



In other news...

Smokey's puppies are growing up so fast now. They discovered they can run this week, so they're all over the yard. Tina is visiting us again and she just adores puppies.

Well I can't really think of anything else to write about right now so I'll just say goodbye.

Puppy Love

Last week Smokey had her puppies, all nine of them. (7 boys, 2 girls)

Number 23 in a series of 6 crimes my mother taught me...

For the past two weeks this cute little Jack Russel, named Tina, has been living with us.

Isn't she cute?

She loves cuddling, steeling toys, and greeting people at the door. She doesn't love our dog Smokey though. Smokey and Tina are very jealous of each other. It's kind of funny...

Smokey is having puppies some time soon, and if they look anything like their father then they won't be very beautiful. I hope they look like their mother.

Don't you agree?

Mys sister and I are planning to have a LOTR movie marathon this week. Last time she joined me for the only the first part, then left; and she haven't read the books yet, so she doesn't know if Gandalf lives, or how Frodo is to travel to Mordor now that the Fellowship is broken. But she will.........soon.

That's all I have to say for today.
